More than two decades ago I got a job that required me to sit at a desk for hours a day. I had always lead a very active lifestyle, so I wasn't ready for the pain I felt from sitting. Most of you are probably experiencing the same pain. It's why you're here now, looking for the answer.

I searched for a solution, different sitting positions, special pillows, and two handfuls of different “ergonomic” chairs that were supposed to fix the problem. Nothing did.

Then one night while sleeping, a picture of NuChair came to me in a dream. The next morning I built a crude model out of two-by-fours, drywall screws, and particle board. The moment I sat in it I knew right away, my problem was solved. Over the twenty years to follow many visitors to my home and office tried my chairs and agreed, they wanted one too.
