This NuChair has helped me in so many ways. I can sit at my computer as many hours as I want, without the pain that I get sitting in regular chairs. When I say regular chairs, I mean I've bought numerous ergonomic chairs costing up to over $2k. They all have different ways to help with lumbar or pelvis support, but the benefits wear off. But NuChairs are different. After over a year my NuChair feels better than ever. And there're lots of benefits they don't even talk about. Thank you NuChair!!!

After trying multiple chairs and not finding “the one”, I stumbled across information on the NuChair. I was impressed with the reviews I saw, but the final selling point was the excellent customer service. My myriad questions were answered in a very quick and timely, professional, and friendly manner (thankfully, without sales tactics) and I loved that I could schedule a video meeting if I needed help adjusting the chair. I was given extremely helpful options and suggestions about what configuration would be best for me.

NuChair was quick and easy to set up, and it fits well in the very small space I work from. As some have noted, there was approximately 3 weeks of trial and error involved in finding just the right settings for me, but once found, NuChair is incredibly comfortable even on those 12 - 14 hour work days. I have no regrets on this purchase, and my teammates are grateful to NuChair also as I no longer have tales of chair woes to regale them with on a daily basis.

I’ve been a tattoo artist for many years and tattoo over 8 hours a day. The past few days I’ve tried it and I can tell you my back is not strained or in severe pain I can actually stand up straight and I’m in literal shock. I’m so happy with this chair I wish I had it many years ago.

I recently had a lower back disc issue and this was the only chair that allowed me to sit and work comfortably and supported as a Dentist. Much more supportive and comfortable for longer duration sitting than any saddle stool I have tried.
My whole team is slowly trying out the chair when I’m not using it and I have a feeling I will be ordering a few more!

When I saw the chair on the picture, I figured: it is what I need! And I was right. I write on computer whole day. And I had lots of neurological pain using regular chair. I was able to work without pain as soon as I assembled the chair. Now, I can go almost whole day without pain. I am 73. It is pity I was not able to buy it earlier. I had one issue while assembling the chair: it is not as easy to put the "wheels" in place, as usual. But I managed with the help of a hummer and a book.

It has a bit of a learning curve when figuring out the best way to sit and making the adjustments for you, but once you tune it correctly, it is amazinggg

I bought NuChair because I work in sales from home and sit for long periods, but it’s also helped me return to creative activities I had stepped away from after a neck injury. My neck and lower back feel noticeably better, and I’m able to sit with improved spinal alignment without collapsing into a hunched posture. That alone has been a big win for me.

One important tip for buyers: I strongly recommend choosing the larger seat size, especially for women. Even at 5’0” and 125 lbs, the smaller seat caused real discomfort. I understand there is a posture adjustment that happens with this chair, but my sit bones were killing me and it felt like the seat was digging directly into them. Women’s sit bones tend to be wider, which makes the larger seat a better fit for most. I also recommend the breathable fabric over vinyl unless sanitation is required. The vinyl had little give, trapped heat, and felt slippery. Had I been stuck with the smaller vinyl seat, I don’t think I would have been able to use the chair properly. Switching to the larger, breathable fabric seat was absolutely necessary, and now the comfort level feels perfect. Customer service was helpful, though a more flexible exchange policy would make the process easier. Overall, a well-designed chair that’s made a real difference for me.

Ordered the chair for my sons business in Alaska. Shipping was an issue but they provided great communication and it got delivered super quick. Worked out great!

After 18 years of Esthetician work my lower back was hurting so bad almost needed to give up this job. After two weeks with the NuChair, I have had an incredible amount of relief in my lower back as the weeks go on I believe the pain will all go away. The NuChair design makes sense, so I bought one, and my staff love it! It does offload the low back when sitting and maintains tall strong sitting posture while sitting. In 40 years of practice I have never seen a chair that can deliver good ergonomics and postural support. The NuChair is the NuWay to get it done. Bravo.
