On occasion some materials or components may be delayed from the supplier, in these cases we will contact customers and let them know estimated ship times. When this time is over 1 week, we try to have a notification of the specific product delayed, and the expected delay time, prominently located on our website. Standard shipping in the contiguous US: Most NuChair orders have standard ground shipping via major carrier such as UPS or FedEx included in the order price. You'll see the shipping rate in your cart before payment.

Most international shipping requires customer payment of taxes, duties, tariffs and brokerage fees before delivery. Any and all costs associated with refusal of a shipment will be the responsibility of the customer. Such costs will be deducted from any refunds requested by the customer. If you receive a damaged package, please immediately take photographs of the damaged box before opening. If there is any damage to the product, take photos of that damage before using your product and send those photos, order number, and notification of such damage to info@nuchair.com. We will respond with how to proceed. Failure to do so may limit or eliminate your recovery options.
If a shipment is lost before delivery, please notify us at info@nuchair.com as soon as it is known. If you feel there is a risk of theft or loss at your location after delivery, please contact the shipper with your tracking information to add signature required, additional insurance, or other options to mitigate such loss. NuChair is not responsible for shipments after delivery by the shipper.
